2. Appointments & Walk-Ins

Customers may book appointments for faster service; however, walk-ins are welcome. Service time estimates are approximate and depend on device model, issue complexity, and parts availability.

3. Payments

Full payment is required upon completion of the service. All transactions are final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of service.

4. Device Condition & Ownership

• You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the device or have authorization from the owner
• You understand that pre-existing issues may affect service results
• Devices with liquid damage, severe physical damage, or internal corrosion may not be fully fixable

5. Data Responsibility & Liability

Phone Repair Zone is not responsible for:

• Loss of data (customers are strongly advised to back up data before service)
• New or previously hidden issues discovered during service
• Damage caused by prior service, third-party modifications, or manufacturer defects

6. Warranty

Select service services include a 90-day limited warranty, covering workmanship and replaced parts only.

The warranty does not cover:

• Physical or accidental damage
• Water or liquid exposure after service
• Device misuse or unauthorized service after service

Warranty terms may vary by service and will be explained at checkout.
